HOW TO PLAY
1. TO PLAY: Commencing August 30, 2008, customers at participating Jones Soda Carbonated Candy retailers in Canada and in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding U.S. territories and possessions) may receive “Peel + Win” contest stickers on specially marked Jones Soda Carbonated Candy tins, while supplies last. Revealed inside the sticker will be a "Winner" or "Sorry, Please Try Again" message. A "Winner" message will describe the specific prize available to be won. To claim your prize, refer to instructions which follow. All prize claims must be received by November 30, 2008, the contest closing date.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY: Obtain a FREE Jones Soda Carbonated Candy “Peel + Win” Contest Sticker and/or a copy of the official rules, by writing to: Jones Soda Carbonated Candy Longboard Contest, 3289 Lenworth Drive - Unit A, Mississauga, Ontario Canada L2R 6P9. All requests for a free “Peel + Win” contest sticker must be postmarked by November 15, 2008 and received by November 30, 2008. Limit of one request per envelope with sufficient postage, while supplies last. Void in Vermont, Hawaii, Florida, Alaska, and where prohibited by law. No mechanical reproductions of requests permitted. All requests must include a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope.

3. The overall approximate odds across North America of being eligible to win one of the fifty Landyachtz Longboards are one in 2,200.
GENERAL RULES
4. Contest commences August 30, 2008. To be eligible, prize claims must be received by November 30, 2008.Contest Jones Soda Carbonated Candy Tins are available at each participating store through November 30, 2008 or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.
5. All "winning" contest tabs for a Landyachtz Longboard have been individually inspected, produced and confirmed to be completely legible. Liability for irregular, illegible or blank contest tabs is limited to replacement of the tin while supplies last. If, due to a production or printing error or other unforeseen error, there are more prize claims than prizes, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes through a random drawing of all eligible prize claims for that level. It is extremely rare to receive an irregular, illegible or blank sticker, but should it occur, we will issue a new sticker while supplies last.
6. Contest stickers obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, counterfeited or irregular in any way, are automatically void. Submission of stickers is the sole responsibility of the individual seeking verification. No sticker copies, duplicates or reproductions of any type will be eligible for the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost stickers. For prizes, we strongly advise you to send the original sticker and Prize Claim Form(s) (see Rule 10 and
below for Prize Claim Forms) by REGISTERED MAIL, return receipt requested, to the appropriate adress listed in Rule 10 and keep a copy of the sticker and Prize Claim Form for your records.
Store Owners, Operators and Staff are not allowed to submit stickers on behalf of a potential winner.
7. The printing under the sticker for various prizes will be printed as follows in various combinations:
“WINNER!” All remaining contest stickers will be printed: "SORRY, PLEASE TRY AGAIN”.
8. Prize claimant must be a resident of Canada or the U.S.A. (excluding Vermont, Hawaii, Florida and Alaska). In Canada: To be eligible to claim a prize, a person must be a resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides. In the event a person under the age of majority receives an eligible sticker, they are permitted to transfer the sticker to their parent or legal guardian, who will then be the eligible entrant. In U.S.A.: To enter and claim a prize, a person must be 18 years or older and over the age of majority in their state of residence and a legal resident of U.S.A. (excluding Vermont, Hawaii, Florida and Alaska). If a prize is won by an eligible minor, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation.
9. Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of Big Sky Brands, Landyachtz or retailers who are participating in the Jones Soda Carbonated Candy Longboard Contest and the contest sticker suppliers are not eligible to participate. Employees of participating retailers as described in this paragraph are limited to those employees who are providing services in any way to the retail store selling Jones Soda Carbonated Candy. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.
10. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor which are final. To claim your prize you will be required to fill out the Prize Claim Form and return it with the original winning sticker to Jones Candy Longboard Contest Winner, 3289 Lenworth Drive - Unit A, Mississauga, Ontario Canada L2R 6P9.
11. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash. Winning stickers are not transferable or convertible to cash except as specifically provided herein. Prizes may not be exactly as shown in promotional materials. In case of unavailability of any prize or for any other reason and in Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
12. Each winner will be notified by and will receive their prize from Big Sky Brands Inc. All prize claims become the property of Big Sky Brands Inc. and no correspondence will be entered into except with potential winners. By participating in this contest, contest winners are deemed to have consented to the disclosure of their personal information to prize suppliers for the limited purpose of delivery of prizes.
13. By claiming a prize, prize claimants consent to the use of their name without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Big Sky Brands Inc.
14. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due rule requests, tin requests, or prize claims.
15. Winners release Contest Sponsor, Big Sky Brands Inc., the prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including, without limitation, their advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize and acknowledge that Contest Sponsor, Big Sky Brands Inc. and their officers, directors, employees and agents have neither made nor are in any mannerresponsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. In Québec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
17. The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contest at any time, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et dex jeux in Québec, if it determines that for any reason the contest cannot be run as originally planned or any other occurrence compromising the fairness or integrity of the contest.
18. To receive a list of winners, send a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope within 3 months after October 30, 2008, Jones Soda Carbonated Candy Longboard Contest Winners, 3289 Lenworth Drive - Unit A, Mississauga, Ontario Canada L2R 6P9.
